About the Bloch Sphere
The Bloch sphere is a geometric representation of qubit states in quantum mechanics. Every point on the sphere's surface represents a possible quantum state of a two-level quantum system.
- North Pole: |0⟩ state (classical bit 0)
- South Pole: |1⟩ state (classical bit 1)
- Equator: Superposition states
- Interior: Mixed states (not shown in pure state representation)
